Refund and Returns Policy

At HerbsCo, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

âś… Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • It should be in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@herbsco.pk.

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label, and
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is defective,
  • Damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll promptly review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

đźš« Non-returnable Items

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
  • If the issue is from our side, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
  • If the issue is from the customer’s side, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
